Job summary
The OPCMHT and MATS administration support officer will provide a comprehensive administration service, to the OPCMHT and MATS staff and ensure an effective communication network with health and social care professionals, service users and their carers.
In addition, the post holder will provide effective data quality support for the team to ensure the input, collation and extraction of information that may be necessary to evidence achievement of performance indicators / targets.
To respect the individuality, values, culture and religious diversity of service users and colleagues and contribute to the provision of a service sensitive to these needs.
Please note - This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Main duties of the job
To be the first point of contact for all calls from service users, carers, external agencies or GP surgeries so excellent communication skills and manner are essential. Processing of referrals, updating of the electronic patient record system with demographic details and ensuring all data quality requirements are adhered to with accuracy. Booking of service user appointments, diary management, minute taking, using initiative. There is also a requirement to cover reception areas and duties for clinics
