An exiting opportunity has arisen within Wigan CAMHS admin Team for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist.
The post holder will provide an excellent reception service to our client group, carers and professionals and an effective and efficient administration service to the multi disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
Main duties will include being the first point of contact for all our telephone and reception enquiries, ensuring that messages are forwarded as appropriate and welcoming visitors to the department.
The post holder will provide an effective administrative service and provide support to the team to enable the smooth running of the service.
