The Post holder will be a qualified NMP with experience in the addictions field.
The post holder will have knowledge of the recovery agenda, demonstrate excellent communication skills with service users, their families and significant others by using motivational approaches to inspire others to achieve their goals and assist in attaining and maintaining their recovery.
The post holder will be able to demonstrate experience in leading teams and managing change in a dynamic organisation.

Main duties of the job
To take the clinical lead nurse role within Achieve Bolton, Bury, Salford & Trafford with specific responsibility for non-medical prescribing, including clinical sessions, revalidation and the clinical supervision of others.
The post holder will, work alongside the Clinical Team Manager, Operational Manager and Locality Managers. Take responsibility for identifying areas for clinical development within the team. They will take a lead responsibility for developing clinical practice for nurses and where identified other members of the teams, when necessary to do so. They will work alongside the Operational Manager and Locality Managers to promote and develop the service and will lead on aspects of service improvement where identified.
