Main duties of the job
Prescott House Community Mental Health Team in Salford is an integrated health and social care service and strives to provide quality recovery-based support to people experiencing mental health difficulties. With regular line management and clinical supervision from within the CMHT, the post holder will maintain and co-ordinate timely and appropriate interventions for a caseload of service users living in the community within the framework of CPA, in line with relevant clinical pathways as outlined within the Adults CMHT operational procedure.
This includes respecting the individuality, values, culture and religious diversity of clients and colleagues and thus contributing to the provision of a service sensitive to these needs.
With a strong focus on service user recovery, carer support, staff learning and development Prescott House is an environment with shared values and a positive solution focussed approach.
