This is an exceptional opportunity to join us at what is a critical time of change. Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be working in a challenging but extremely rewarding context and it is imperative we appoint a new chief executive who is not only an outstanding leader, but also someone who is able to live our values and help us drive forward our vision to improve the lives of the people who use our services, their families, and carers, and those in our workforce and wider community.

We need someone who can demonstrate how they can operate with openness, compassion, and honesty so that we can rebuild trust and help us achieve our ambition to create a truly inclusive culture where our colleagues are supported to provide an exceptional service to the diverse communities we serve. This approach will facilitate the further integration of our services across the wider system, engaging with colleagues in achieving rapid and sustained quality improvement and strengthening our internal governance and assurance processes.
