Job summary

We are looking for a support worker to join the team at the Therapy Hub based within Later Life services Manchester at GMMH. The successful applicant will provide high quality, holistic care for older people with mental health problems.

Main duties of the job

As a Support Worker, you will provide physical and psychological support to service users.

You will engage in and provide activities for anyone who attends the therapy hub

Accurately record patient/service user information. In addition to this, you will provide support to relatives/carers.

Support with Groups .
