Job summary

The Medical Education Management Team are very keen to further develop and raise the profile of Medical Education within North-West and we see this role as fundamental to delivering this. We are therefore looking for applicants to bring ideas and initiatives as to how we can achieve this.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide administration support to the Foundation Training Programme for Doctors in Training
  • Organise Faculty for training days
  • Organise regional training days
  • Collate evaluation data following regional training dates and provide feedback as require
  • Have knowledge of the Microsoft Windows systems
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Provide admin support and taking minutes to meetings as and when necessary
  • Provide support and assist in the organisation of regular and ad-hoc events i.e. Conferences, Training Days, Junior Doctors Induction
  • Responsible for recording and maintaining accurate records in relation to the attendance at various training days.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate training records of all trainees and other reporting systems.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of event support.
