Job summary
The purpose of this job is to support the implementation of the InPhase Risk Management System(RMS) across the Trust.
As GMMH transitions from Datix Web to InPhase, the post holder will play an integral role in ensuringthat this transition occurs seamlessly, whilst ensuring that all work is carried out in a professionalmanner and to the highest standard possible.
Full or part-time working would be acceptable.
Main duties of the job
Facilitating process workshops to define the current processes used in the various Datix modulesand ensuring the system change supports the required workflow.
Identify and document potential system changes and investigate how/if these may be supported.
Provide information, support and guidance to project staff and colleagues from otherdepartments, who are facilitating the implementation of InPhase, and the migration of data fromDatix to InPhase.
Become knowledgeable in the use and management of InPhase to support the Project Team andfront end users.
Be central to the User Acceptance Testing requirements of the new system.
Support communications about the implementation to Departments and Services.
Work with services to embed new processes into practice.
Contribute to post Go Live end-user support as required.
