Job summary

The CEO has overall responsibility for embedding and delivering GMMH's strategy to achieve our mission of delivering excellent care and supporting wellbeing for the diverse people and communities we serve. Central to this will be the leadership of our Improvement Plan, delivering on GMMH's commitment to remedy the problems that have so clearly emerged over the past year and improving outcomes and experiences for people who use our services, their families and our staff. Alongside the Board, the CEO will do so in a spirit of openness and collaboration, developing our people and championing strong partnerships.
