Job summary
We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy Recruitment team , to ensure each candidate and recruiting manager has a positive recruitment experience. You must be well organised, have a great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and work on your own initiative.
Ideally you will have worked in recruitment/HR before and have a good understanding of the legislation and policies that govern recruitment. Experience of the Trac recruitment system would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Main duties of the job
Act as a point of contact for the Recruitment team dealing with enquiries from Trust staff, managers and others.
To provide advice and guidance, when required, to applicants, new starters, Trust Managers and all other stakeholders.
To maintain information, both current and archived, in accordance with legislation and best practice.
To provide advice and guidance on Recruitment, Terms and Conditions of Service and basic HR queries to existing employees, e.g. Leave provisions, Sickness, Maternity leave, retirements etc.
To maintain secure on-line systems and confidentiality at all times.
To ensure the customer is at the heart of what we do and how we do it.
To support the Team in meeting deadlines by providing timely information and completing duties as assigned.
