Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Acute Care for a proactive and conscientious individual to join us as a Personal Assistant to the CNM for Central Inpatients, CNM for North Inpatients and the CSM for Home Treatment.
The role is advertised as full time Monday to Friday we do have some flexibility within that.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive PA / Secretarial service to the CNMs and CSM, organising and managing diaries, servicing regular and ad-hoc meetings (preparing agenda and minute taking).
Manage confidential, complex and sensitive information concerning staff and patients, exercising discretion and maintaining high professional standards at all times.
