Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated education team as a Band 4 Associate Clinical Educator facilitator. This role is designed to support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate care by facilitating the education, development, and training of a range of learners in clinical practice.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Lead Clinical Educator Nurse and wider management team, acting as a role model and providing coaching and support to staff across various clinical areas.
Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities include assisting Clinical Educators with educational programmes, coaching learners, delivering teaching sessions and clinical skills training, and documenting training and assessments. The role also involves working clinically as needed to support learners, identifying new learning opportunities, and fostering good relationships with staff and managers.
