Job summary
Band 7 to 8A Preceptorship: Band 8a for candidates who are fully qualified Band 7 for candidates who are working towards qualification
To offer a psychoanalytic perspective to the work of the 0-25 community team, providing specialist psychotherapy assessment, treatment and formulation for children, adolescents and young adults with severe, complex and persistent mental health problems, carers and families. Working autonomously in line with professional guidelines and to Trust policies and procedures.
To support and promote the development of services aligned to the cultural values of the service and the organisation and to behave consistently with these values. Supporting the delivery of services which are culturally sensitive, equitable, and accessible.
To provide expertise as an independent practitioner in at least one highly specialised clinical field involving complex clinical judgement.
