Job summary
We're seeking a proactive and organised Administrator / Secretary to support our Specialist Psychotherapies Service and Compassionate Mind Training team. This split-role offers variety and impact, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across two dynamic services.
What we're looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Admin/Customer Care
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and minute-taking ability
- Experience in a secretarial role, ideally within healthcare
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills

Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate appointments, diaries, and team communications
- Maintain accurate data on RIO and other relevant systems
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
