Job summary

To provide efficient, effective and high standard administrative / secretarial service that meets the needs of the mental health Solihull Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. To effectively manage referrals and communications requiring triage and further intervention.

Main duties of the job

To provide a high level of professional and confidential coordination of the Solihull Neighbourhood Mental Health Team

Liaison service. The post holder will provide secretarial support to the Team Manager and Team.

Reliable data entry into the GP PAS system such as Care First / Emis & / Rio computer system will be required ensuring a full & effective clinic system is in operation, receiving all visitors, Staff, Patients & GP's telephone calls in a polite, friendly & courteous manner.

  • NVQ III Business Administration or Customer Relations plus significant administrative experience
  • GCSE English grade C or above or equivalent
