Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arised for an experienced Administrator to join our very busy Urgent Care department at the Oleaster Centre.

Working as part of the Urgent Care team you will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality administration service, applying attention to detail with accurate data recording and reporting.

You will work 4 x 10 hr days per week on a roster basis, including alternate weekends.

Main duties of the job

To provide comprehensive administration support to the Liaison Psychiatry Pathway Manager and The Discharge Clinicians, part of the Urgent Care Service. The post holder will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a high-quality administration service which includes data collection and reporting for the department ensuring that an effective service is delivered to support the team and management.
