Job summary
The post holder will provide comprehensive and robust administrative and secretarial support for the Postgraduate Teaching Programmes work streams and projects, supporting the Teaching Programme Leads, Postgraduate Medical Education Manager , Postgraduate Medical Education Co-ordinator and Postgraduate Doctors in Training directly with the Postgraduate Medical Education Team.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide administrative support for a diverse workload. Principle duties include leading the day to day organisation of the Teaching Programme website; developing, updating and maintaining all aspects of the Website with support from the Teaching Programme Lead. Organising venues including creating and maintaining robust records of attendance for the Leadership programmes.
Proactive planning and compilation of agendas, programmes, organising multi-stake holders or multi partner events and/or meetings for individuals from the Trust and external bodies, gathering and circulating of information, production of reports, papers and letters, taking and circulation of proficient minutes, progressing actions and diary management.
The post holder will also be responsible for advising, processing and keeping accurate records of the Trusts medical study leave.
