The Forensic Intensive Recovery Support Team/Service (FIRST) are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and professional CPN Manager to join our service.

The Forensic Intensive Recovery Support Team/Service is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary outpatient team addressing individual needs through tailored packages of care. The service work across inpatient forensic mental health services to facilitate timely, safe, discharges from secure services into the community.
Main duties of the job
The post holder would provide leadership within the Community Psychiatric Nurse Team and undertake managerial responsibilities commensurate with the banding; this would include allocation and oversight of the work of the CPN's within the team including supervision and personal development. They would also be expected to take a role, under the direction of the Team Manager and Clinical Service Manager in service innovation and development.
The post holder will have clinical case load oversight and will hold a small caseload.
