IF so, then BSMHFT is the place for you. We are currently looking to recruit Administration Assistants for flexible working by joining our Admin and Clerical Trust Bank via Temporary Staffing Solutions

Main duties of the job

The Trust Bank provides temporary shifts to cover shortfalls in staffing and to support the delivery of patient care across the Birmingham & Solihull region. We currently have a variety of work available at many of our sites across the Trust, but welcome applications from individuals who are able to take shifts flexibly during Monday - Friday daytime and are able to undertake shifts at various locations. You will need to have excellent written & verbal communication skills, excellent organisational skills be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have a minimum of 3 GCSE's (Grade A - C) including English Language or equivalent. You will also have extensive secretarial/ administration experience, knowledge of medical terminology and experience of audio typing.

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • RSA II Typing/Text Processing
  • 3 GCSE's Grade A -C including English or equivalent Or NVQ 3 plus Medical Terminology
  • significant senior secretarial experience with a medical background

  • AMSPAR Diploma
  • RSA III or equivalent
