We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual to join the Collaborative Care Records Team within Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will...
- Provide support and advice to a range of internal and external workers.
- Complete data quality administrative work.
- Have good customer service and communication skills.
- Have knowledge of electronic person based information systems within an NHS environment.
- Have experience of service desk/systems support.
- Have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Have the ability to resolve problems swiftly and effectively.
- Be able to work independently and as part of team.
