Main duties of the job

About You

The successful candidate will provide a high level confidential administrative support to the Assertive Outreach Services and will need to maintain Trust Values throughout all aspects of their work. They will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering an effective service and assisting clinical staff to ensure that services meet the operational needs.

Essential

  • NVQ level II in Business Admin or equivalent, plus relevant experience, or prepared to work towards Or RSA Typing II, plus relevant administration experience, or prepared to work towards GCSE or equivalent in English- Grade C or above

Desirable

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths - Grade C or above

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

  • Experience in dealing with a range of disciplines and agencies Experience of dealing with sensitive situations Sound up to date knowledge and experienced in the use of Microsoft packages to include word, excel and outlook Working knowledge of Data Protection Act and Information Governance

Desirable

  • ECDL qualification or equivalent Experience of working in a client facing organisation

  • Ability to take notes at meetings Ability to transcribe from audio, using digital dictation systems, Big Hand
