Band 3 Healthcare Assistant - Hertford House

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as Healthcare Assistant, Band 3 on an intensive rehabilitation unit based in Olton Solihull. The successful candidate will be based at Hertford House, a recovery focused environment, working with both inpatient staff and community based services to assist the re-integration of service users into the community.

The service users we care for have complex needs, both Mental Health and Physical. Therefore, staff will be required to demonstrate a range of skills including effective communication, empathy, self-awareness, and critical self-reflection skills.

Main duties of the job

Working with the team at Hertford House to provide rehabilitation for individuals with a primary diagnosis of psychosis.

Supporting with individual programmes for activities both on the unit and in the community.
