Job summary
A new, exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Records Team as a band 2 Document Preparation Clerk in our Scanning Bureau.
The post is a Fixed Term- 10 Month post. The working base will be within the Northcroft site in Erdington, however, continued flexibility to work across all Trust sites may be required to support the needs of the organisation.
Main duties of the job
Are you enthusiastic, calm, motivated, with an excellent aptitude for attention to detail, the ability to collate, monitor, retrieve and analyse data; ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and compliance to policy and procedures. You will require good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to follow simple instructions as directed. Full training will be given. The successful applicant will be able to respond well to working under pressure and to meet strict deadlines and set targets. There is a requirement to move and lift notes on a daily basis, where notes maybe in a box, as well as a requirement for standing and sitting for long periods. The area of work is also subject to restricted access due to the nature of the tasks undertaken and standards required.
The post requires an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with a caring, friendly disposition, professional and empathetic approach towards people suffering from a mental illness.
