We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative mental health nurse to manage our crisis transformation team.

This is an exciting role within an evolving service. The team works across the 24 helpline and crisis houses. The team was set up to provide alternatives to hospital admission as well as trying to reduce people attending A&E when other services may be more appropriate. The helpline and Crisis houses are supported by external partners so effective collaborative working is vital.

You will be able to meet the needs of this service by being available to base yourself across the sites over the working week.

Main duties of the job

Your managerial skills will need to enable you to take total management responsibility whilst promoting good working relationships and be responsible for the professional development of the staff you are responsible for within the Multidisciplinary Team.

You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of managing and leading teams.
