This is a hugely valued role that supports our Community Mental Health Transformation Programme team by being the first point of contact for general queries, providing general administrative and project support, arranging meetings, and supporting the management and development of our project databases.

You will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and remote IT programmes (Teams/Zoom). You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be required to work alongside a wide range of staff, service users, Experts By Experience and other Birmingham & Solihull (BSOL) wide stakeholders.
