Job summary

An integral part of the practice nursing team in the delivery of nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. Possess a passion and commitment for providing excellent clinical care to all service users. To act with honesty, integrity and fairness whilst maintaining dignity and respect for all. Leading by example at all times.

The post holder will also take part in the 'Quality and Outcomes Framework' (QOF) scheme and any supporting initiatives, systems and protocols. As well as contributing to the Practice's overall improvement programme including Significant Event Analysis (SEA) and audit.
