Senior Clinical Informatics Practitioner - Staff Nurse

Job summary

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Senior Clinical Informatics Practitioner within the Data and Digital Department. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Staff Nurse to join the clinical team on a full time basis. This post will suit an individual who have a keen interest in digital healthcare and digitalisation of clinical systems.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work as part of the Implementation Team to implement Trust Wide projects. These include projects that will form part of the eLancs Digital Transformation Programme. The successful applicant will support the introduction of new systems in the clinical environment through training and facilitating change.

About us

Ideally the post holder will have experience in change management and possess a desire to develop their career further. The post demands the ability to motivate others along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy and be able to negotiate issues. You may also be required to deliver direct patient care when necessary.
