Business Intelligence Data Administrator

Job summary
Responsible for the provision of accurate, concise and timely electronic data and reporting to meet the internal and external reporting requirements across the Trust.
Providing support to the Information Department and the Trust through routine information reporting, performance reports, data quality and ad hoc reporting requests.
The role will include creating and processing existing data extracts from multiple sources and the detailed preparation and completion of local and national reports and external data submissions.
Provide support and cover to the team of Data Analysts and the Information department as a whole.
Main duties of the job
1 Provision of an Analytical and Statistical Serviceo Produce local regional and national reporting from all acute and community data sources using various applications including SQL, Power BI, Excel and clinical systems along with other available software.o Preparation and validation of data for Scorecards, meeting reporting packs, National, local and internal reporting requirements o To undertake routine information analysis to supply knowledgeable and reliable advice on the interpretation of data and information.o To ensure reports are presented in an appropriate, consistent format and that full explanations of findings or assumptions used, form part of the service.o Source accurate information and respond to Ad-Hoc reports and FOI data requests on behalf of the team and the Trust
