Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established, supportive pain team in Bucks for a 12 month secondment covering maternity leave.
We are looking for an experienced nurse with sound knowledge of pain devices and assessment who is highly motivated, passionate about the patient and staff experience, and possess highly developed communication and inter-personal skills. They must be able to work within organisational structures across our Aylesbury, Wycombe and Amersham sites.

Main duties of the job
Main duties include-:
Demonstrate an informed and evidence-based criterion in assessing pain, following treatment plans and evaluating pain management outcomes.
Clearly document and communicate planned episodes of care relating to pain management and/or relevant forward referrals.
Conduct clinical visits to patients across all Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust sites.
Maintain accurate records of patient management strategies for the purposes of patient review and audit.
Provide education and information for patients, and/or their carer's in the use of pain management techniques.
