Job summary
We are seeking an exceptional Estates Compliance & Quality Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team, directly reporting to the Director of Estates. This is a pivotal role responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance and quality management systems across our Trust properties.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in estates compliance and quality management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare technical memoranda and building regulations
- Experience with quality management systems and ISO standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
- Lead our Compliance Management System in accordance with ISO 37301
- Manage the appointment process for Authorising Engineers, Authorised Persons and Competent Persons
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Strategy for Estates
- Oversee regulatory compliance with HTMs, HBNs, ACoPs, PAM, and the Health and Safety at Work Act
- Lead the completion of mandated submissions including PAM and ERIC returns
