We have two clinical pharmacist opportunities, at our brand new Stoke Mandeville hospital site and at our High-Wycombe Hospital site. As we are embarking on an ambitious plan to develop our service expansion and to support the internal growth of our pharmacists who joined us during the last four years and have successfully grown in their careers to become pharmacy managers and Lead pharmacist.

Pharmacy@bucks is an exciting innovative outpatient dispensing service, focusing on providing efficient and effective pharmacy services to our patients and visitors at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (BHT). This pharmacy is run by Buckinghamshire Health Projects Ltd (BHPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. This pharmacy provides dispensing services for the out-patients prescriptions issued by BHT and provide OTC medicines and advice to BHT staff and visitors.
You will be responsible and reliable for supporting the efficient delivery of the outpatient dispensing service, working as a key member of the pharmacy team to achieve excellence and provide exceptional customer care and patient safety.

- Post-registration experience as a Responsible pharmacist in a busy community Pharmacy or a hospital pharmacy. Newly qualified successful applicants will be given extensive on-the-job training.
- Experience as a qualified pharmacist in a number of different settings and roles including day-to-day management of a pharmacy.
- Experience in delivering training and education for other pharmacy staff.
- Experience in managing a team in a busy dispensing environment

- Experience of being a part of a vibrant team in developing a business or new service and the staff team
