Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Women's and Children's governance team at ESNEFT in an administration role.
The role is key in ensuring the Governance team is providing a high standard of work, and complying with statutory reporting and service level performance indicators. Working within a team environment to offer administrative expertise that will benefit services across the entire Women and Children's Division. The role provides the flexibility of home working generally one day per week, otherwise working predominantly on the Ipswich site with the wider team, and occasionally at the Colchester site.
This is part time role-28 hours per week, fixed term/secondment until 31.12.2025

Main duties of the job
o Making sure invites are correctly distributed to those that need to attend, and that distribution lists are properly updated.
o Organising room bookings for meetings that are not held on TEAMS.
o Compiling the agendas, and ensuring these are circulated with sufficient time ahead of the meeting.
o Providing clear and concise minutes for the meeting, which adhere with Trust standards. Minutes are shared across the Trust and externally, so they have to achieve a high quality standards.
o Update action logs after meetings, making sure they are correctly distributed to relevant attendees.
o Monitor compliance with meeting actions, and contacting individual action owners for updates.
