Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for you to work with our amazing acute team in Colchester Hospital.

Main duties of the job

You will be a confident and enthusiastic graduate or NQP who can demonstrate a variety of different skills and is keen to develop their knowledge and experience working with adults who have a stroke.

You will be able to work closely with other relevant professionals, including consultants, dietetics, physios and colleagues in the acute and community Speech and Language Therapy teams.

You will be very well supported with regular peer and personal supervision and supported in completing your dysphagia training and NQP competencies. You will be encouraged to attend relevant Clinical Excellence Networks and other training to further develop your specialist knowledge
