Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated part time administrator to support the Financial Strategy & Assurance Reporting Team.

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will involve all aspects of hospital business supporting the Trust's performance reporting to the Executive team.

This includes supporting the production of the monthly Integrated Performance Report for the Board of Directors, administration of monthly assurance meetings between the Executive team and divisional leaders, as well as assisting with the annual business planning process for both clinical and corporate areas.

Main duties of the job

Provide high level of administrative support to the Financial Strategy & Assurance Reporting team. Ensuring that the tasks stated under the responsibilities and accountabilities section are delivered to a high standard level.

  • Consistent provision of higher level comprehensive and efficient secretarial/ administrative support
  • Manage, prioritise, plan and organise own time and co-ordinate that of your team if appropriate, using extensive knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Provide leadership that encourages high performance from other staff within your team, with the aim of maintaining optimum efficiency within the department.
  • Train and provide support/line management to enable other team members to deliver an efficient administrative/secretarial service
