Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the Pre-Operative Assessment Unit at Colchester Hospital.
Our nurse led team deliver pre-operative assessment to patients who will be undergoing a range of procedures within the specialties of Urology, General Surgery, Upper GI, ENT, Vascular, Oral, Gynaecology ,Orthopaedic and Breast surgery. This position will work closely in supporting the clinical team
Main duties of the job
- You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Pre-Assessment
- You will ensure Pre-Assessment reception is well covered, and all internal and external visitors are greeted into the department professionally and according to Trust standards
- You will accurately record data onto departmental reports and internal databases
