Digital Imaging Strategy Manager

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Imaging Strategy Manager to join our team.

As an integral part of our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing imaging strategies that align with our mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to our community.

Ideally, you will have a background in imaging, a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, or substantial clinical experience at a degree level.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in the planning, development, and deployment of PACS and PACS related projects
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement imaging strategies in line with organisational objectives, considering emerging technologies, patient needs, and NHS guidelines. Offering guidance for the storage of images beyond Radiology.
  • Provide line management for the newly formed Imaging IT team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including clinicians, radiologists, managers, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in for imaging strategies.
