Are you an experienced NHS Payroll and Pensions professional?

The ESNEFT payroll team are looking for a experienced, enthusiastic payroll professional to step into the Deputy Payroll Manager role.

Spanning ESNEFTs two acute sites, community sites and community services, this role will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely remuneration and pensions advice for our dedicated staff.

Main duties of the job

In this role you will lead a team of skilled payroll professionals, overseeing the accurate and efficient processing of payroll and pensions for our employees, whilst influencing positive change. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our reputation for reliable and timely remuneration services and accurate pension processing and filing.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the outsourced provider. You will provide ongoing training and support to your teams whilst working alongside the Payroll Manager and Head ESR, E-Rostering and Payroll to strive for continuous service improvement.
