Come and be part of the team to support the delivery of an exciting new development of a Community Diagnostic Centre in Ipswich.

ESNEFT are working to deliver a Community Diagnostic Centre in Ipswich for completion by Winter 2024/25.

We are looking for an individual with experience in estate related issues, including capital development delivery and soft FM, alongside demonstrable experience in relationship management and engagement between contractors, tenant and property manager. The applicant should have a good attention to detail and be cognisant of the importance of programme delivery to time and to budget.

Main duties of the job

  • To manage the Ipswich Community Diagnostic Centre spoke programme to time and to budget.
  • Manage the delivery of a range of Capital Building Projects on behalf of the Trust and in accordance with all appropriate requirements, regulations, guidance and obligations.
  • Follow the Estates Strategy and ensure that schemes comply.
  • Develop and maintain the Project Brief, Project Cost Report, Project Structure, Project Plan, Governance and Controls Assurance, Procurement Papers, regular Reports and Communications strategy to successfully govern and deliver the project.
  • To contribute towards and advise on the planning of ESNEFT estate, identifying interdependencies across projects / functions with potential impact on the wider organisation.
  • Assisting with all aspects of service delivery within the relevant corporate functions of East Suffolk & North East Essex Foundation Trust to agreed quality standards and within the resource and income base available, to support the Trust's development as a clinically led organisation
