Job summary

ESNEFT are seeking a phenomenal leader with extensive experience to come and work with us as the Head of Property.

Working for the AD Property and Estates Strategy, and considering the impacts of the Clinical Strategy, you will be responsible for developing a Property Strategy for the trust - ultimately determining what size property we have in what location to support the divisions mission of having a safe, functional, sustainable and value for money estate.

Main duties of the job

  • Responsible for measuring and reporting metrics on each of the above attributes for the property portfolio.
  • Responsible for managing the trust's PFI property assets.
  • Responsible for representing the trust with other system partners and ensuring the longer-term trust property strategy works within the ICB Estates Strategy.
  • Responsible for procuring external property expertise when it is not held internally and ensuring maximum value is obtained from each engagement.
