Job summary

Are you a Registered Nurse with acute hospital experience?

We have a rare opportunity based in our Gynaecology department at Ipswich hospital. Our team in Stour Centre are seeking an experienced Nurse looking to develop their career within Women's Services.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic nurse who is motivated and has a passion for delivering high quality care to join our small but friendly team.

There are diverse opportunities to develop specialist skills and knowledge within our gynaecology unit including; early pregnancy related problems both within the emergency Gynaecology assessment unit and ward environment; Gynaecological surgery, oncology (centre of excellence) and emergency Gynaecology admissions. Stour currently is utilised for emergency surgical flow offering an opportunity for surgical nursing exposure.

You will demonstrate a commitment to effective team working, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be flexible with a good sense of humour.

Personal development will be explored on an individual basis to meet KSF requirements and needs.
