Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Faculty of Education, for a people focussed Undergraduate Administrator.

This role is a vital part of the development of medical students being supported through their medical placements with the Trust and going on to become Foundation Doctors.

Main duties of the job

To co-ordinate, organise and administer the undergraduate programme including placements, programmes of training and the implementation of national and local requirements.
Deliver in person inductions to medical students, this will require good public speaking skills.
Liaise and correspond with student doctors on a regular basis regarding teaching timetables and updates and resolve outstanding issues.
To lead on preparing honorary contracts, course/learning information and delivering an in-person induction for each group of medical students.
