Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Faculty of Education, for a people focussed Undergraduate Administrator.

This role is a vital part of the development of medical students being supported through their medical placements with the Trust and going on to become Foundation Doctors.

Main duties of the job

  • To co-ordinate, organise and administer the undergraduate programme including placements, programmes of training and the implementation of national and local requirements.
  • Deliver in person inductions to medical students, this will require good public speaking skills.
  • Liaise and correspond with student doctors on a regular basis regarding teaching timetables and updates and resolve outstanding issues.
  • To lead on preparing honorary contracts, course/learning information and delivering an in-person induction for each group of medical students.
