Main duties of the job

Justify and perform radiographic examinations, provide direct care and a high quality diagnostic imaging service in order to assist in the management of patients referred from clinicians.
Adhere to Ionising Radiation Regulations and IR(ME)R to ensure the correct procedure is justified and performed.
Participate in own, department and care group research & development.
Undertake continuing professional development (CPD).
Participate in the out-of-hours on call for general work and departmental shift duties as required.
Supervise students during training.
