An exciting opportunity has arisen within Kesgrave Ward for a Band 6 to join our dynamic friendly team as a Deputy Ward Sister/ Charge Nurse.

Main duties of the job
You will need to be a highly motivated individual, who is keen to further develop and lead. Possessing excellent communication skills. You must be dynamic and enthusiastic to lead the clinical team and ensure best practice and high standards of care are maintained at all times. In turn we are keen to give you the opportunity to further develop your skills and practice, supporting you in your career development.We are looking for forward thinking, experienced individuals who are enthusiastic and keen to develop their leadership and management skills.
