Main duties of the job
You will play a central role in delivering high-quality Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery services, including leading outpatient clinics, performing minor oral surgery procedures, and responding to emergency referrals. The position involves supervising junior staff, contributing to audits and multidisciplinary meetings, and supporting service development. Success in this role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent decision-making, adaptability, and clear communication skills. A proactive approach to learning and a commitment to patient safety and teamwork are essential, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
