Are you passionate about data, detail, and making a difference in healthcare? #TeamMKUH are hiring a highly organised individual to support our Nursing Quality Team as a Quality Data Administrator and Admin Officer.
This is a BRAND-NEW dual-role, and you'll be at the heart of our quality improvement efforts, providing high-level data analysis and administrative support to the Deputy Chief Nurse and corporate quality team ensuring that they are fully briefed and prepared for all activities.
The successful candidate will be confident and competent in a range of IT systems in relation to Microsoft Office as the role will involve analysing and extracting complex data and producing high-level reports. Proficiency in excel will be advantageous.
In addition, the successful candidate will provide personal assistant support to the senior corporate nursing team. This includes managing diaries, meeting preparations, booking rooms, handling telephone communications, maintaining sickness and annual leave records, arranging hospitality and producing accurate minutes to ensure the team is fully briefed and prepared for all activities.
Over time, you will develop a strong understanding of the corporate quality team's responsibilities, enabling you to serve as an informed first point of contact.

To provide support to the -Deputy Chief Nurse (DCN) and corporate quality team in the provision of high-quality accurate data analysis and administrative support.
Ability to analyse and extract complex data, present data in a clear manner, displayed in clinical reports to be shared across the Trust
To provide support to the Safeguarding team in coordinating the management and analysis of sensitive information for internal and external stakeholders.
To provide high quality personal assistant support to the Deputy Chief Nurse (DCN), and corporate quality team ensuring that they are fully briefed and prepared for all activities.
To provide administrative support in accordance with agreed standing operating procedures that enables a high quality, effective customer focussed service to be delivered.
To liaise with a wide range of people, internally and externally on behalf of the Trust, ensuring that a professional image of the Trust, Deputy Chief Nurse and Quality team is maintained at all times.
Able to participate in programs of change, both departmentally and on a broader organisational setting, generating ideas and innovative ways of working
Ability to investigate issues and problems and to propose solutions or resolutions.
