Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Intensive Care Unit wants to meet you as an expert critical care practitioner to join our nursing leadership team.
We are a 10 bedded Intensive Care Unit that has recently been refurbished in a University Teaching Hospital managing emergency, elective and paediatric patients from across the region.
Our staff are the key to our success and your development is essential to our future growth and progress. You already possess significant critical care experience; however your ongoing development remains our priority for you to support staff performance and professional development whilst ensuring a productive work environment. As a dynamic and friendly team, we will provide a tailored education strategy to complete National Step 4 Competency Framework, access assessor and supervisor training, clinical, teaching and leadership opportunities across the Trust.

Management To be responsible in the absence of the departments Senior Sister/Senior Charge Nurse for the total management of the department To ensure that concerns/complaints are dealt with in a timely manner within Trust guidelines.
