Staff nurse

Hours: 37.5 per week, pro rata if part-time, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working
Are you confident, competent and hardworking? We have an exciting opportunity available to join our highly skilled nursing team. We are able to offer a two week supernumerary induction period, in-house training and career progression in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Main duties of the job
To provide effective, professional and managerial leadership to staff in the absence of the Emergency Department (ED) Sister/Charge Nurse and/or Senior Staff Nurse; to be the unit representative if the ED Sister/Charge Nurse and/or Senior Staff Nurse are unavailable.
To ensure that all lines of communication are identified and used effectively; to maintain a high standard of nursing care within the framework of the Trust policies.
