Senior Recruitment Administrator (15% R&R)

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Administrator has arisen within our fast paced general Recruitment Team. The successful candidate will oversee the online end to end recruitment process from advertising to the onboarding stage. You will be supporting all recruitment managers including the senior workforce team. NHS Employment standards should be adhered to at all times to ensure that recruitment best practices are met.
Please note that this post is subject to an initial probationary period of six months, extendable up to a period of 12 months. A DBS check may be required for new employees. MKUH promotes an inclusive workforce and proactively welcomes applications from underrepresented groups in our community.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will oversee and provide end to end recruitment support to the hiring community and will be a key source of information on market conditions and best practice approach for each role and will support the hiring manager with the short listing of applications and the interview process as required.
Additionally, the post holder will form close working relationships with the business managers in their area, acting as a recruitment business partner.
Finally, the post holder will provide supervision and support to the Recruitment Assistants to ensure the timely administration of the recruitment process and that day-to-day issues are resolved to support this.

Planning and Organisational Skills
- Maintain agreed service levels to the hiring manager and ensure direct reports are adhering to required performance levels
- Maintain recruitment systems
- Prioritise working day to ensure deadlines are met and hiring managers responded to in a timely manner.
Policy and Service Responsibilities
- Hold an understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies.
- Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends
- Will be encouraged to suggest improvements to the recruitment process to increase efficiencies.
