Main duties of the job
ASU is a 31-bedded ward with a 4-bedded hyperacute bay receiving admissions directly from the Emergency Department and other hospitals. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nursing Associates who are keen to develop their confidence and competence in stroke care.
Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses, you will play an essential role in providing fundamental care, completing delegated clinical tasks, supporting rehabilitation, and contributing to the smooth and safe running of the unit. You will collaborate with a wide range of professionals including Consultants, Therapists, andthe wider multidisciplinary team.
You'll join a friendly and supportive environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork, wellbeing, and professional development. Your skills and contributions will be valued, and you will be supported to continue progressing in your nursing career.
