We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to join our Pain Specialty administration team.
In this role, you will provide a high-quality audio typing service, producing clinic letters and essential documentation that support the smooth running of our clinical services. Your work will help ensure patients receive timely, accurate communication -- an important part of their care journey.
You'll also play a key part in supporting the wider admin team, offering flexible assistance during periods of planned or unplanned leave. Your contribution will help us maintain an efficient, responsive and reliable administrative service across the Pain Specialty.

Main duties of the job
You will provide an efficient and accurate audio-typing service for the Pain Specialty, producing clinic letters and documentation in a timely manner. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help ensure the smooth running of the service, including occasional telephone support, maintaining filing systems and using IT effectively. You will offer audio-typing cover across the specialty and assist the wider admin team when required, while liaising with Nurses, Doctors and other MDT members to deliver a high-quality service for patients.
